We love to see dancers that bring our favorite songs and our favorite dancers together. In his most recent dance video, Tim Milgram did just that. A hip-hop number to Meghan Trainor’s “No Excuses” track the video was directed by Milgram and choreographed by Oscar award-winning choreographer Charm La’Donna (who coincidentally choreographed Trainor’s “All About That Bass” music video).

Dancers appearing in this video include Natalie Bebko, Lexee Smith, Alena Garver, Alysa Gutierrez-Sierra, Autumn Miller, Monika Smith, Helene Britany, Nicole Laeno, Aliyah Rose, and even Showstopper’s Sparkle Society members Charlize Glass, Kaycee Rice, Tati McQuay, and Tahani Anderson! Together, these girls use Milgram’s direction and La’Donna’s choreography to put on a performance that screams “girl power!” The movements are fierce and powerful enough to stand apart from the song while blending and communicating with it.

If you’re more contemporary than hip-hop, you will want to stick around for the whole video because Autumn Miller brings in beautiful tilts and turns that brings something a little softer to the piece’s awesome hip-hop attitude.

This video is must-see. Don’t worry. You won’t have to make any excuses for watching it a dozen times.
