The trailer we’ve all been waiting for made its debut on Good Morning America this morning. Anna and Else are coming back later this year for an intense adventure we never would have expected from the first movie.

The new trailer has almost as many vague elements as the teaser we saw in February, but that doesn’t mean Disney left us completely in the dark. “The past is not what it seems,” one of the trolls tells Elsa, sending her, her sister, and the rest of our favorite characters on an adventure north “across the enchanted lands and into the unknown.”

What is the past the troll is referring to? We’re not sure. It could be the origin of Elsa’s powers or maybe even a deeper look at the death of the sisters’ parents, but we’ll have to wait and see.

What we do know is that it looks like Elsa’s powers have expanded since the second move. The trailer shows clips of Elsa creating sparkling images in the dark and even Anna and Olaf riding in an ice canoe. “We have always feared Elsa’s powers were too much for this world,” the troll says. “Now, we must hope they are enough.” But with all of these new uses for her icy abilities, we think Anna and Elsa have got this.
