Ever since Hannahlei Cabanilla (now preparing to perform live in Fox’s production of Rent!) was crowned America’s Favorite Dancer last summer, we’ve been anxiously waiting to find out if we would be taking to our televisions and computer screens to catch up with Nigel, Mary, and Vanessa for another season of So You Think You Can Dance. Now, it’s time to celebrate! Earlier this month, Fox renewed everyone’s favorite dance competition show for a sixteenth season.

Audition dates and locations have already been announced for next month.

SYTYCD will be hitting New York City, Los Angeles, and Dallas to find the dancers that will be winning over our hearts and social media feeds this summer. They are also allowing potential contestants to submit digital auditions that could also lead to scheduled in-person auditions. So, no matter where you are, you have a chance to audition for your ticket to Los Angeles!

There haven’t been any announcements about who will be joining executive producer Nigel Lythgoe on the judge’s panel in Season 16, but we can only hope that tWitch will be bringing his hip hop skills to the judges (and the stage) again.
