Recipe of the week: Overnight Oats

If you are looking for a quick and healthy meal that you can pre-make for the next day look no further. Overnight oats are super yummy and super easy to make!


Overnight Oats

 

Ingredients:

Produce

  • 2 tbsp Blueberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp Strawberries, fresh

Refrigerated

  • 1 cup Almond milk

Breakfast Foods

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

Condiments

  • 2 tsp Honey or sweetener

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds

Now Lets Make it:

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into an air tight container (we prefer a mason jar)  cover, and refrigerate overnight. When you wake up in the morning sprinkle on some berries and a dash of cinnamon. Find your favorite spoon in dig in!

Fun fact: You can store overnight oats in your fridge for up to one week! This is a great way to meal prep if you have a super busy schedule!
