Taking place in 19th century France, Leap is about two orphans, Félicie and her friend Victor, who run away to Paris to achieve their dreams. Victor wants to be an inventor, and Félicie wants to be a dancer. She enrolls in a dance school and finds that her dreams of being a ballerina are not quite as easy to achieve as she thought. With the help of some new friends, she will compete to be a prima ballerina.
