Last month, Kinjaz opened their new studio, Kinjaz Complex, in Los Angeles, California, and in case you missed it, their grand opening performance is now available for you to watch over and over again on YouTube.

Kinjaz worked with the international dance studio Sinostage and the creative agency Vibrvncy to put together a grand opening event that featured a beginner’s class from the world-renowned dance crew, giveaways, and performances. What stood out most, of course, was the Kinjaz’ own performance.

You can’t open a dance studio without dancing, and Kinjaz brought their talent for carefully choreographed performances that not only rely on incredible synchronicity but also on dynamic transitions. Throughout the performance, the dancers moved through different formations and even directed their audience to different parts of the room where other members of the crew were stationed to perform choreography that interacted with stairs, windows, and balconies.

It looks like the Komplex in LA will be the home for more Kinjaz performances, classes, and moments of dance history in the future.
