Noélle Kinsella is a 6-year-old dancer from Tullow, Ireland. She dances at Unique Dance and Gymnastics.

“The dance culture in Ireland is beautiful. There is room and support for every dancer, no matter what style you choose.”

How has where you are from positively impacted your dance experience?

Although Ireland is small, we have an amazing community within the performing arts world. The support [I have] always received within the dance industry in Ireland has helped [my] confidence grow and given [me] the tools [I] needed to not only learn choreography but to feel each movement and bring it to life on stage.

How do you want to use dance to be a positive influence on your community?

From dancing from such a young age, [I have] learned to channel all of [my] emotions into dance. It has built [my] confidence so much, and [I want] to share that experience with everyone so they too have an outlet for everything they feel. [I feel] dance is an expression of [myself] and who [I] can and will be. [I want] to share that with the world and encourage others to do the same.
