Learning to walk

  • Mastering the walk is all about catching your rhythm. You never want to trot around so make sure your strides are smooth and graceful.
  • Bent Knees are a NO NO, so check your posture. If you really want to make it perfect, out a book on your head and try to keep it balanced.
  • Make sure your shoulders are back, head is straight and your confidence is on point.
