The Dubai Opera has just revealed and exciting piece of news! Alongside plans to host the Houston Ballet’s production of Swan Lake in October, the Opera is adding a series of performances from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre to its dance programme.

 

 

 

 

Known for their breathtaking work in modern dance, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre will be bringing Revelations created by Ailey himself to the Opera along with some of their other astounding performances. The October performances will mark the dance company’s first visit to the Opera and to Dubai and add the venue to their incredible list of past performance spaces with locations in 71 countries!
