Dancing With the Stars is back for a new, shorter season This athletes edition of the competition will feature four weeks of competition and a much faster schedule for eliminations. There were two eliminations in the season’s premiere episode! Let’s look at the 10 couples from this season’s starting lineup.

And the eliminated couples were…

With a score of 18 of a possible 30 points, outfielder Johnny Damon came out with two left feet and was unfortunately eliminated with his partner Emma Slater. Also going home with 19 out of a possible 30 points was snowboarder Jamie Anderson and her partner Artem Chigvintsev after performing what the judges saw as a nervous and rushed routine.
