10 Reasons You Can’t Miss Showstopper Dance Conventions

We're less than 2 months away!

  1. 1 Learn From the Hottest Choreographers in the Industry!

Our faculty can be seen on the sets of SYTYCD, America’s Got Talent, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, and Glee. You can see their amazing performances on awards shows, in today’s top music videos, movies, commercials, Broadway shows, ballet companies, and more!

  2. 2 Dance on Extra-Large, Professional Dance Floors

Ballroom floors aren’t always safe for dancers to dance on, so we bring our own flooring to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time!

  3. 3 Free Bonus Classes

YES - FREE! We know you’re all super well-rounded and that your talents probably aren’t limited to dance, so we offer tons of bonus classes at no extra charge! From pom pom to belly dancing to song and voice, we have something for everyone!

  4. 4 The Best Tween Program Ever!

Our Tween Program is a dance program specifically designed for 6, 7, and 8 year olds! At Showstopper we offer a unique and original dance program that allows younger dancers to express their individuality, build confidence, and most of all: have fun! This program is for young dancers who may have just started competing but aren’t quite ready yet for the full convention – they’re in be-“tween!” Don’t get us wrong, though! While we strive to make the weekend incredibly fun for them, they are still learning under the best instructors in the industry—we just specifically design the classes for children ages 6, 7, and 8! Not only will they learn jazz, tap, hip hop, song & dance, and even pom pon, they’ll also get to participate in fun and creative arts and crafts projects! And if you thought the weekend couldn’t get better, all “tweens” get a free gift bag!

  5. 5 Teachers Receive a Free Welcome Gift AND Get a Free Hotel Room for Every 15 Students They Bring!

Teachers get free welcome gifts and a free hotel room night for every 15 paid students (based on our advertised room rates at our host hotel). So, if you register 30 dancers, we’ll reimburse you the cost of 2 nights at our host hotel (no matter where you stay!) You’re responsible for booking your own hotel room but either way, you’ll automatically be sent a reimbursement check the week before the convention based on your registration numbers.

  6. 6 Never Any Parent Observation Fees! Ever.

At Showstopper there are no parents observation fees. Ever. We want you to be able to watch your kids dance, learn, and have the best weekend of their lives. Some weekends our instructors might even ask you to join in for a dance!

  7. 7 Be in the Highlight Video From the Weekend

Enjoy life on the big screen! Everyone has the opportunity to be in our highlight video from the weekend. You can watch some from last year here!

  8. 8 A Convention & a Vacation All-In-One At Our Fun, Family Friendly Venues!

We’re always at family-friendly, super fun locations! Whether it’s a waterpark, Universal studios, Disney, and more, it’s always a great time! It’s a convention and a vacation all-in-one!

  9. 9 All Dancers Get a Free Poster to Get Autographed By Their Favorite Teachers!

Take those memories home! Every dancer gets a free poster to get autographed by their favorite teachers. Get them signed after our faculty showcase while you’re getting pictures with everyone!

  10. 10 Every Teacher Gets Free Choreography Videos From the Weekend

The fun doesn’t stop after the weekend, either. Teachers get free videos of the choreography from every class so you can make sure your dancers perfect all of those new moves!
