2017 is more than halfway over, but there are still plenty of dance events headed our way! One event is happening this weekend from August 18-20 at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The 2017 Detroit Dance City Festival (DDCF) is going to be a weekend of celebrating dance and community. The event will include workshops and performances along with several other special events!

The festival will feature a Dance Film Fest that explores movement on screen, a forum of dance industry professionals, and even dance parties! If you are looking for something to do this weekend, DDCF is definitely an event worth attending.
