Dance is back in session! It’s time to celebrate! As all of your returning and new dancers come to the studio for another amazing season of dance, you’re planning lessons, routines, and more. But you have one more thing to add to your list. There’s no better way to get your dancers excited and ready for a new season than a back to dance bash.

A Dance-Off

Everyone is coming to the studio to start working on new skills, but why not give them a chance to show off their old ones? Taking time during your celebration to let dancers have a little friendly competition is a great way to bond as a team and get excited about what your dancers can do when they go solo.

Freestyle Jams

It’s not a dance party without dancing! When you aren’t battling it out, it’s time to freestyle. Even the parents can participate in this one! Put together a funky playlist to get everyone moving and grooving.

Giveaways and Prizes

Small party favors or one big giveaway to draw for at the end of the party can really add to the excitement. Dance or even back to school-themed prizes like backpacks, dance bags, journals, turning socks, and more make for a great giveaway prize.
